I know exactly what you're looking for. They were called Saddleblanket seat covrs. I think you're going to have a hard time finding one that small. You can buy them all over the place. Amazon has them. But all too big. You might find an upholstery shop that would cut the extra material out of the middle to make it the size you want it.
