Or if you are in the Eastern Hemisphere (East of the Mississippi):

Park your truck on a wide open flat surface parallel to a nearby landmark visible to your left side. Crank your wheels all of the way to the right. Place a broomstick right next to your left front tire parallel to the current orientation of the truck. Drive your truck in a right circle. Stop half way (with the truck facing the exact opposite direction from when you started). Place a second broomstick right next to your left front tire, again parallel to the current orientation of the truck.

Keeping the wheels cranked all of the way to the right, continue driving forward to the first broomstick and stop. Make sure that you are neither driving over the broomstick, or that your tire is no more than a couple inches away from touching the broomstick. Adjust the location of the broomstick if necessary.

Keeping the wheels cranked all of the way to the right, continue onto the second broomstick. Again, check tire clearance and adjust broom stick if needed.

Repeat the process until neither broomstick needs to be adjusted and then measure the distance between them. This will be your turning circle. Divide the result by two to get the turning radius.

Your results may vary.
