When we moved from Cambria, Calif in 1971 people had bumper stickers that said Don't Californicate North Idaho. I told everyone we moved here from Washington State because we spent a couple of months with some friends there. Unfortunately the realtors overtook the loggers and the bumper stickers were defeated, Codes and prices aren't as bad as Calif, but they keep on increasing.
