Well, I ran into two issues; when I rotated the fan I heard a ting, ting as the blade tips just touched the upper radiator outlet so I'm going from an 18-1/4 to a 17-1/4 fan. The other is the alternator mount on the drivers side and the angle of the upper outlet allowed the alternator to be too close to the hose, so I relocated it to where the AC compressor would mount - see link. Hopefully, this will take care of them and I can move forward.
