1969 W200 pass. signal and parking lamp lens

Greetings,

It has been a while since I�ve posted. I�m trying to get my 1969 W200 road worthy and need to pass a safety inspection but I am struggling finding a passenger turn signal lens. Driver's side is a clear lens.

Everything that I find is rectangle but mine is not, see photo below.

Anyone have any ideas where to find one of these or what the actual part number is?
