I was able to get some gears from This Old Coupe in Lancaster Pa (717) 808 6612. They sell complete regulators for various older cars and trucks. I don't know if they sell the gears separately. I did have to make a jig to line up the gear on the shaft before I welded it very carefully. Good luck
