Vaughn, the water pump you site may be correct for a 50s 251 but it's not correct for a 60s Power Wagon. I know because my 1962 PW has the exact same water pump that Daniel is showing. It hangs down relative to the water ports, and the pump bolts to the pump body. I don't know if the the 230 and the 251 pumps have the same pulley offset or if they are different.
